“In 2018, we integrated DocBase with our own systems. With 12 branches throughout the country, about 15,000 sales files are processed per year. The data is sent to our Data Warehouse, which prepares the file for DocBase and updates it immediately. This is a two-way street. Our Datawarehouse also extracts sales files, trade-ins, leases, warranty conditions, damage history and customer information from DocBase to create work processes.”
